Flu vaccination is recommended for everyone aged six months and older Atrium Health Navicent physicians are urging parents and guardians to consider vaccinating children aged six months and older against the flu as cases of the flu and Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) cases are increasing in central Georgia. Both flu and RSV are contagious respiratory diseases which can lead to severe illness and hospitalization, particularly in babies and older adults.
