Remember to choose a plan that includes your Atrium Health Navicent doctors.
Many health plans include Atrium Health Navicent doctors and hospitals in their networks, but not all. This fall, before you choose a plan for 2025, check if your Atrium Health Navicent doctors and hospitals are in their network. This way, you can continue your care with them and limit your out-of-pocket costs.

Open Enrollment: November 1 to January 15
Coverage Begins: January 1, if enrolled by December 15
Coverage Begins: February 1, if enrolled by January 15
The individual marketplace lets eligible people buy private health insurance coverage at federally subsidized rates.
