Physician Verification Letters

Atrium Health Navicent utilizes a website to provide you with hospital affiliation letters for physicians, podiatrists, dentists and allied health professionals.

Follow the instructions for new users. Once login and password are established, enter and proceed to search for provider. Locate provider and select name for producing a verification letter.

Atrium Health Navicent will no longer provide individual verification letters for a provider who can be verified through the website. Requests received for such will be returned to the requesting entity. Therefore, please check the website before sending a verification request. If the practitioner is not listed on the website, please feel free to mail or fax your request.
