At the Atrium Health Navicent Wellness Center, we offer over 50+ group fitness classes to meet the needs of all fitness levels. Whether you are looking to find your flow with Yoga, challenge yourself with Group Cycle, push yourself to the limit in a HIIT class, dance to your hearts content in a dance classes, or join the fun in a Silver Sneakers class we have a workout for every body.
