Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin offers a wide variety of volunteer opportunities within our facilities. We provide volunteers with an opportunity to use their skills and abilities to make a positive impact on the patient and family experience.

Volunteers are needed all across our Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin campuses. You can volunteer in the area or location that most interests you! We offer a wide range of opportunities to help patients, visitors and staff. Volunteers are able to give of their time in the following areas:
Adults who are 18 years and older and teens ages 16-18 years of age are welcome and encouraged to join our team! Volunteers are asked to make a commitment of at least one year and complete a minimum of 100 hours. We'll work with you to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
Adults 18 years or older can choose to be involved in Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin's Adult Volunteer Program. Adults are asked to volunteer a minimum of 100 hours annually.
College Students 18 years or older can choose to be involved in Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin's Student Volunteer Program. Students are required to fulfill 30-50 hours a semester at Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin.
Teens ages 16-18 years of age have the opportunity to volunteer and make a difference with Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin. Acceptance is based on a completed and approved application. Volunteers must be 16 years of age by September 30 of the calendar year in which they apply, giving no less than 100 hours of total service. Teen Volunteers who participate in our Teen Volunteer Program will be required to work through July 31 of the year in which they apply in order to be eligible for the Don Faulk Scholarship Program, sponsored by Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin Auxiliary.
