Golden Opportunities is a service of Atrium Health Navicent for older adults. We recognize that the pandemic has forever changed the world and how we interact. We have learned that socializing with others is crucial to overall health and well-being. This is where the Golden Opportunities program comes in. The main objective is to grow community opportunities with coffee, conversation and other engaging activities. Just a few of the programs include: popcorn and movies, fall prevention classes, music, gardening, chair yoga, games to promote brain health, defensive driving class, line dancing, bingo, balance and stability classes, strength training, nutrition classes, Medicare 101, and much more.
