Continuous staff development and education are critical to maintain and advance clinical practice. At Atrium Health Navicent, our pharmacy residents play a vital role in providing continuing education opportunities for the pharmacy department. Education is provided throughout the year via system-wide ACPE accredited education, state-wide presentations, in-services, newsletters, and other informational publications.
Residents also participate in interdisciplinary educational opportunities via in-services provided to members of the interdisciplinary care team.
