Annual Educational Allowance
PGY-1 through PGY-5 - $1,500
(All residents are encouraged to use their allowance for an educational meeting, but any remaining balance may be used for books, journal subscriptions, medical society dues, or PDAs.)
Additional funding is available to attend a meeting if presenting a paper.

Insurance Coverage (Effective first day of orientation)
Professional liability: Provided at no cost.
Health: Provided at no cost for individual and immediate family.
Life: Provided at no cost for individual with option to purchase additional amounts.
Dental: Provided at no cost for individual and immediate family.
Meal Allowance
Paid bi-weekly, included with regular paycheck
Transition fund
$2,000.00 (provided during initial orientation; in lieu of moving allowance)
