Dr. Jayesh Patel received his MD from B J Medical College, India. He completed his residency at The University of Tennessee, Memphis, TN and Completed his Geriatrics Fellowship at Atrium Health Navicent The Medical Center/Mercer University. He is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician and Geriatrician. Dr. Patel also fellowship train in Integrative Medicine from Combine program of Mercer School of Medicine and University of Arizona. He is a medical director of Atrium Health Navicent House call program and Atrium Health Navicent Atrium Health Navicent Carlyle Place senior living. His special interests are Life style Modification, Obesity management, Health care delivery systems, Geriatrics care and Polypharmcy.
