Florence Baralatei, MD

Dr. Baralatei received her B Med Sc. (medical physiology), and her medical degree from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at the Medical Center, Navicent Health. Dr. Baralatei completed her Geriatrics Fellowship at the same hospital. She is a board certified Family Physician, with CAQs in Geriatric Medicine, and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Dr. Baralatei is a Atrium Health Navicent Primary Care West Macon, a Facility of Atrium Health Navicent The Medical Center Geriatrician and Director of the Home Visit Program. She is the primary physician for the Memory Assessment Clinic (part of the Georgia Memory Net initiative). Her special interest is in the care of frail older adults in Long Term Care facilities.
