Due to inclement weather, all Atrium Health Navicent The Medical Center urgent care locations will close at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. Urgent care locations, medical group outpatient clinics, outpatient rehabilitation services and outpatient imaging centers will have a delayed start at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. Surgeries and procedures will have a delayed start on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. Patients that are impacted will receive additional communication. Atrium Health Navicent Wound Care Center will have a delayed start at 12 noon on Wednesday, January 22, 2025.

Cynthia “Cyndey” Busbee, MBA, CSSBB, is Chief of Staff & Senior Vice President, Communications, Public Affairs and Community Engagement.

A member of the Atrium Health Navicent (AHN) Executive team, Cyndey is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the AHN Executive office around board-related commitments, communication strategy and key operational priorities including strategic initiatives in both the market hospitals and clinics.

With Atrium Health Navicent (AHN) for over 20 years, Cyndey remains focused on connecting patients, families and caregivers to high quality health and wellness services through collaborative market strategies and community partnerships to promote the AHN system of care and services. A graduate of Leadership Georgia and deeply invested in the central Georgia region, Cyndey shares her expertise on numerous civic, community and economic development boards. A former Downtown Macon Rotary Club President and Rotary Assistant District Governor, Cyndey has been recognized by Macon Magazine as a “5 Leaders Under 40” and as the Wesleyan College Community Service Alumna of the Year by her alma mater, Wesleyan College.

Cyndey lives with her busy family in Macon including her three amazing children and in her limited free time, enjoys yoga, international traveling and cooking.
