Thomas Green

Thomas Green, a resident of Peach County, was born at Peach County Hospital in Fort Valley, Georgia, and lives there with his wife, Virginia. They have two daughters and three granddaughters. A graduate of Crawford County High School, Mr. Green earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard College and his law degree from Mercer University. He is a partner at Spivey, Pope, Green LLC, specializing in real estate transactions and litigation, creditors' rights and collections, and wills and probate matters.

As a member of the Peach County Hospital Authority, Mr. Green played a pivotal role in forging a strategic partnership with Atrium Health Navicent, ensuring continued access to quality healthcare for the community. His leadership contributed to the opening of a new hospital facility in 2013-now Atrium Health Navicent Peach-and the expansion of services, including a Rural Health Clinic in Fort Valley and a school-based virtual care program at Peach County High School. His vision and dedication have strengthened healthcare delivery for Peach County and surrounding communities.
