General Inquiries

For general inquiries, to make appointments, ask routine medical questions, or request prescription refills call our main office during office hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

After Hours

Our main office line 478-633-8682, is forwarding to an answering service afterhours. The operator will connect you to the physician on call.

Emergencies

In case of Emergencies do not call the office. This may delay your care. It is best and safest to call 911, ask the ambulance to take you to the nearest emergency room.

Preparing for your visit

We welcome you as a patient to Atrium Health Navicent Musculoskeletal Care Orthopedic Trauma, Navicent Health Physician Group. To help make your first visit to OTI go smoothly, we have provided some useful information and recommendations below.

In order to help you prepare for your first visit, here is a list of items you will want to bring to your visit:

  • Insurance Card(s)
  • Photo Identification
  • List of current medications (including over the counter medications and any natural supplements).
  • Bring any pertinent x-rays(please be sure to bring a copy of the images on a CD).
  • Relevant information about your medical and surgical history.

Please complete the forms below before your appointment in effort to streamline your first office visit if you are:

  • A new patient, or
  • A former patient who has not been seen by one of our doctors in the past two years.
