We are committed to providing you with the best healthcare possible and offer the following information to help you prepare and to be well informed about what to expect. We also want to make sure we know everything about you to assure we provide you with the safest care possible. Once your surgery has been scheduled you will be given a pre-admission appointment several days before your surgery. Try to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for registration. Same Day Surgery (SDS) is located in the hospital's Park Tower. At this time, your health history will be reviewed by a Registered Nurse and an Anesthesiologist. Any necessary testing such as Lab, X-Ray, EKG will be completed at this time. Every effort is made to complete this in a timely manner. Please plan for a least an hour.
