Registration and Admission

Patient Registration will be your first stop at Atrium Health Navicent Peach. Enter the main lobby unless arriving prior to 7:00 am or during the weekend, at which time, you will need to enter the ER lobby.

When you arrive at the appropriate registration area, you will need to provide your insurance information to the clerk who is checking you in.

Things to remember:

  • Arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment
  • Present your insurance card and be prepared to go over your information with the Patient Access Specialist. It is important to ensure we have current and accurate data on file. This will help to avoid billing problems.
  • You will be asked to sign a consent form for treatment as well as an authorization to submit a claim to your insurance company. Please be assured that your treatment and stay will be handled in such a way to keep both medical and financial information private and protected.
  • If you have special needs - such as need for an interpreter or wheelchair - please let us know before you arrive

Note: If you are scheduled for surgical admission to TMCPC, you may receive a telephone call from the Hospital's Scheduling Department prior to the admission date to begin the admission process.
