services such as the Atrium Health Navicent Children's Care Downtown Macon, a Facility of Atrium Health Navicent The Medical Center Center, The
Crescent House, our child advocacy center, and Children's Hospital Outpatient Services
provide children and their families world class, child friendly care close to home. As Central Georgia grows in population, so do the healthcare needs of the population and so must our hospital. Philanthropy plays a vital role in ensuring that we maintain state of the art technology and services for our patients. Philanthropic efforts have included raising funds to establish a Pediatric Intermediate Care Unit, expanding the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and enhancing and expanding our Pediatric Radiology Services.

Since 1992, Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in Macon and Central Georgia have raised funds to benefit The Children's Hospital, helping give all children in Central Georgia access to quality, world-class medical care. All CMN Hospitals fundraising efforts in Macon and Central Georgia benefit The Children's Hospital, reflecting the founding pledge to keep 100 percent of donations in our local community. Since our partnership with Children's Miracle Network Hospitals® began in 1992, our local community has raised over $10 million dollars for The Children's Hospital, one dollar at a time. The funds raised through CMN go to purchase life saving medical equipment and other child friendly initiatives.
