Lofts at Navicent
In partnership with Sierra Development, construction on the Lofts at Navicent began in March 2016. This facility will bring together retail tenants, a Wellness & Employee Health Center for Atrium Health Navicent, as well as sixty one and two-bedroom loft-style apartments. Occupancy is slated for Summer of 2017.
