"Studies show that children who build healthy habits early in life lead healthier lives as they age, minimizing their chances for obesity and conditions associated with obesity, including diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease and stroke. Camp Fun n' Fit trains children to make those healthy choices, encouraging active lifestyles and good nutritional habits," said Kevin Carter, Director of Wellness Services, Atrium Health Navicent.
