Partners Join in Ride4Rehab Cycling Event to Raise Awareness of Adaptive Sports
WHAT: Rehabilitation Services from Atrium Health and Atrium Health Navicent are joining together for a bike ride from Charlotte, N.C. to Macon, Ga. to raise awareness of adaptive sports programs, with future plans to create an adaptive cycling program at Rehabilitation Hospital, Atrium Health Navicent.
The cyclists will depart from Atrium Health's Carolinas Rehabilitation on Monday, October 28, cycling throughout the night to arrive in at Rehabilitation Hospital, Atrium Health Navicent in Macon on October 29.
Ride4Rehab is the first step in a joint effort by the combined health systems to collaborate for the benefit of rehabilitation patients in central Georgia.
