Navicent Health Launches Online Risk Assessment to Assist with COVID-19 Questions

Atrium Health Navicent has launched an online risk assessment tool to assist individuals concerned about their risk for novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Users may access the tool on Atrium Health Navicent's COVID-19 page, located at www.navicenthealth.org. Users may select "COVID-19 Risk Assessment" from the COVID-19 informational pop up.

The risk assessment will ask general screening questions typically asked at one of Atrium Health Navicent's clinical points of entry. Once the assessment is complete, the tool will offer suggestions based on the user's responses, including

Reviewing any symptoms

When to contact your primary care provider

When to contact one of Atrium Health Navicent's Urgent Care Centers

Wash your hands often with hot water and soap.

Use hand sanitizer if hand washing is not an option.

Avoid close contact with others by practicing social distancing.

Clean and disinfect surfaces and objects people frequently touch.

Practice social distancing by avoiding mass gatherings, and by maintaining approximately six feet of personal space.
