Event Series will Promote Physical, Mental Well-Being

BYRON, GA (Thursday, October 9, 2014) –Medical Center of Peach County, Atrium Health Navicent (MCPC) is pleased to offer the community a series of events that promote physical and mental health and wellness. All events will take place at MCPC, located at 1960 Highway 247 Connector in Byron. The following events are scheduled:

  • Pamper Me Pink” Mammography Night
    • Dates:
      • Thursday, October 9
      • Thursday, October 23
      • Thursday, November 13
      • Thursday, December 11
        • 4:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

  • Peach Open Air Market
    • Each Tuesday, July through October
    • 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
    • MCPC parking lot
    • A variety of locally grown fruits, vegetables and dairy products as well as arts and crafts by local artists.

 

  •  “Popcorn at the Peach” Movie Night
    • Saturday, October 18
    • 8:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
    • MCPC dining room patio
    • Bring lawn chairs, blankets and picnics!

 

  • “Rocking with the Peach” outdoor concert series
    • Saturday, November 5, Gospel concert with Tammi Klima, Sharon King and Toni Slade
    • 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
    • MCPC dining room patio
    • Bring lawn chairs, blankets and picnics!
