Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin Offers Free Lunch n’ Learn Series

Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin is offering the community an opportunity to learn about a variety of important health topics in a series of recurring of Lunch n’ Learn sessions this year. The next Lunch n’ Learn will take place at noon June 4 with guest speaker Dr. Rebecca Gay, who will discuss how to stay safe from the sun’s heat, while still having fun this summer.

“This is a great opportunity to enjoy a meal with friends, neighbors and fellow community members, while learning about topics that are key to your overall well-being,” said Gay, medical director for Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin’s emergency room. “This session’s topic is especially timely as families plan fun summer activities and children are home from school.

Summer can be fun, but with Georgia’s heat, it’s important that everyone takes precautions to avoid suffering from heat illness.” June’s session will be held at the Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin cafeteria, 821 North Cobb St., Milledgeville. All sessions are free and open to the public. Lunch will be provided.
