29th Annual Reindeer Run Returns to Downtown Macon

Annual Race Benefitting Atrium Health Navicent Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital Scheduled for Dec. 4

The 29th annual Reindeer Run and Santa Stroll, benefiting Atrium Health Navicent Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital, will be held Saturday, Dec. 4, at 8:30 a.m.

“The Reindeer Run and Santa Stroll is one of Macon’s premier races and an event that people look forward to each year to kick off their holiday season,” said Tom Gibbons, Navicent Health Foundation board chair.

After taking place virtually last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 5K Reindeer Run and 1-Mile Santa Stroll are returning as an in-person event, beginning and ending at Atrium Health Navicent Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital, 700 Spring St., Macon. Complimentary parking is available in the Yellow Deck, 1014 Forsyth St. Register online at through Dec. 3 or on race day from 7 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. Shirts will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registration fees are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled, registration fees will be used as donations to Atrium Health Navicent Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital. No pets, bikes, or roller blades will be allowed.
