Navicent Health, Department of Pathology and Laboratory provides comprehensive multi specialty clinical laboratory and pathology services to Navicent Health. Our board-certified pathologists are committed to successful delivery of high-quality patient care and are available for physician consultation.

Full service Chemistry and Hematology automated Core Laboratory, Microbiology, Serology, Toxicology, Blood Bank and Anatomic Pathology and Cytology.
Comprehensive Courier Service
Couriers are available daily and weekends. Stat and on-call service available. After hours lock box pickup scheduled for office convenience. State of the art electronic specimen tracking ensures accurate transport and accountability.
Experience
On-site board certified cytopathologist and hematopathologist. Experienced Clinical Chemist and Clinical Laboratory Scientist available for consultation.
Local Access
Rapid diagnostic turnaround time, same day service available for STAT orders.
Pathology Services
Provided by Associated Pathologists and Medical Center Navicent Health, Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. Our full range of testing includes surgical pathology, on site immuno-histochemistry procedures, hematopathology, breast tumor testing as well as gynecologic and non-gynecologic cytology. FNA by cytopathologist available on request. Intra-departmental consultation available with ~ 50 colleagues for virtually all pathologic specialties.

Remote Result Reporting
Remote fax is provided to facility for reporting of routine and STAT results. Print times are scheduled according to client request.
Same Day Testing
Most routine labs are performed locally at Navicent Health Laboratory and available same or next day. STAT lab test orders processed and reported within 2 hours of specimen receipt.
Web Based Orders and Results
Lab web based system offers continuous access to results, onsite order entry and capability to interface results into Electronic Medical Records.
