Proctoring Services

If space is available, the Health Resource Center Library will proctor exams for Medical Center staff taking online or distance learning tests. The Health Resource Center Library offers this service free of charge.

  1. Hours of Proctoring must be scheduled before the online class begins the semester/quarter and must be approved by all parties including the institution and the library personnel.
  2. Hours of proctoring start at 8:00a.m. and end at 12:00pm Mon - Friday. There will be no overtime. Other arrangements may be accommodated at the discretion of the proctor.
  3. Correct ID from the student is required
  4. The Health Resource Center Library will need to know the following: How much time is allowed for the test and Online or paper exam

Access for the Mercer University Medical Library

  • MUSM students, full-time faculty, and staff must use their Mercer email username (e.g. smith_ab) and password to logon.
  • MUSM faculty and residents who do NOT have Mercer email accounts must use their MUSM Library username and password to logon.
