He was also a Fellow of both Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine and Interventional Bronchoscopy at Henry Ford Hospital.

Christopher M. Franklin MD earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Augusta State University. After graduating, he attended the Medical College of Georgia where he received his Doctor of Medicine. He completed his residency training in Anesthesiology and fellowship training in Critical care medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD.

Dr. Franklin has been practicing Anesthesiology and Critical care medicine for the past six years at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. He specializes in the care of the critically ill and the management of postoperative patients. Dr. Franklin's interests include the management of shock, resuscitation, and airway management in addition to resident and fellow education.

Dr. Franklin is board certified in both Anesthesiology and Critical care medicine. Additionally, he is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiology and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.

He then moved to the United States and pursued a Master's in Public Health degree at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Dr. Khan completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center followed by fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care medicine.
