Coming from the North on I-75

  • Merge onto I-75 heading south.
  • Take the US-41 BR/GA-19/Hardeman Ave exit, EXIT 164, toward Forsyth St/Downtown.
  • Turn left onto US-41 BR S/Forsyth Street/GA-19 S.
  • Continue to follow Forsyth St.
  • Turn right onto Plum Street (Plum street is just past High St Ct).
  • Take the second left on 1st Street.
  • Vascular Institute is on the corner of 1st Street and Plum Street

Coming from the South on I-75

  • Merge onto I-75 heading north.
