Connecting to Health Management Application

Atrium Health Navicent is offering patients a new process to connect their health record securely to some of the health management apps you may use (i.e. fitness trackers, dietary trackers, etc.). Currently, Apple Health for iPhones and iPads are already connected to our health record. Check back to this site often as applications may be added regularly.
