An important part of our philosophy is a team approach to healthcare. Due to the demands of providing some of the most advanced fertility therapies available, our team holds regular patient care conferences. At these meetings the physicians and nurses review and plan for each couples upcoming attempt in trying to conceive. This communication and exchange of ideas between physicians and nurses ensures that the best possible plan is developed and executed for our patients.

Our team approach extends to our patients as well. We understand that well-informed patients, who feel they are part of the process, is essential. Our staff is available to spend as much time as needed to ensure that our patients are comfortable with the therapies they will be undertaking. Fortunately most patients will not require the most advanced therapies such as in vitro fertilization. For those who do require such therapies, additional sessions with our nursing coordinators are scheduled.
