Dr. Catherine S. Roberts received her medical degree in 1996 from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in Lexington, Kentucky. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Memorial Health University Medicine Center in Savannah, Georgia in 1999. Before joining Primary Care Associates with Atrium Health Navicent, she practiced with Chatham Medical Associates in Savannah, Georgia from 1999-2000, held her own practice from 2000-2014 and Oconee Medical Associates in Milledgeville, Georgia from 2014-2017. Dr. Catherine Roberts is board certified in Internal Medicine.

Dr. Charles B. Shiver, III, MD received his medical degree in 1996 from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Memorial Health University Medicine Center in Savannah, Georgia in 1999. Immediately prior to joining Primary Care Associates with Atrium Health Navicent, he was in private practice in Milledgeville, Georgia from 2004-2018 and previously worked with Schumacher Clinical Practice and Oconee Area Hospitalist. Dr. Shiver also serves as the Medical Director for Serenity Hospice in Milledgeville. Dr. Shiver is board certified in Internal Medicine.
Taylor Hogg, FNP-C received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia in 2013. She has worked in the Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Unit at The Medical Center Navicent Health from 2014-2018. While working as a Registered Nurse she received her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner from South University in Savannah, Georgia in 2018. Taylor is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
