Piko Prenatal 2-Day Workshop
Description
A free educational 2-day prenatal workshop for expectant mothers providing clear information on how the body works during pregnancy and childbirth. The workshop's purpose is to teach hand-on skills enabling you to monitor your and your baby's health and safety. Activities will include fun techniques for mental, emotional and spiritual support such as art, breathing, storytelling and dance/music.
Free prenatal kit provided upon completion of the 2-day workshop.

The workshop venue will be at the Women's OB/GYN Clinic, not the main hospital.
Agenda
- Day 1: Friday, November 14, 2025 (5 PM - 8 PM)
Make art tiles, choose a paradigm, learn to measure your pulse, blood pressure, sugar and protein, discuss what safety means to you and set affirmations!
Dinner will be served.
- Day 2: Saturday, November 15, 2025 (1 PM-4:30 PM)
Identify your self-sustaining safety system, learn to measure your baby's growth and heart rate, write a letter to your baby and discuss relationships.
Lunch will be served.
