We're committed to helping our communities thrive by understanding local health needs and working together to address them. Our community benefit work reflects this commitment through programs, partnerships and investments that support the health and well-being of the people we serve.
Every three years, our Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNA) help us understand local health needs and identify priorities. These assessments bring together health data and input from community members, organizations and public health experts.
The findings from each CHNA inform our Community Health Improvement Strategies (CHIS), which guide the programs, partnerships and actions we take to address those priorities. Our annual Community Benefit Reports highlight this work, including our investments and progress in addressing local health needs.
